I need help with this girl who rejected me twice... what now?

Well she probably likes you as 'a friend'. Don't get into friend or best friend zone with her because it's gonna be hard for you's to be boyfriend and girlfriend because she may find it awkward since you've been together for a year in 'friend zone'. Emm, if she rejected you twice, you should still keep talking to her and don't ignore her. Just show her that you are willing to be patient for her in order to catch her heart ( trust me, we all like guys who are patient for us, that's how my parents got together, my dad waited till my mum said yeh and trust me she said yes after a few years).
Love takes time! It doesn't just end whenever you're rejected, you never know, after a few weeks/months/years she may start having the same feelings for you. If you're not willing to be patient try this
( remember that there's always other fishes in the sea)
Talk to her. Ask if she actually WANTS to be in a relationship right now or is she not ready yet?
Just be friends. It's always better to be friends than talking to her awkwardly whenever you've already been rejected. It's better to be normal around each other, yah know?
