Does he like me as more than a friend?

I met a guy at college we're both returners to education so not teenagers. So I've known him for about 5 months now we started chatting more frequently because we get the same bus home and are in the same classes. Anyway over the last couple of months he seems quite flirty but I can't tell if he's just comfortable with me as a friend now or if its more. We message each other nearly everyday even on days we've been at college. We go walks around shops etc when we've got a long lunch break. He's asked me lots about past relationships, where it went wrong that kind of thing. And more recently he touches me playfully on shoulders or arms when he's been winding me up or joking around with me. He likes any picture I put up on Facebook and then probably the biggest thing is the fact that all my other friends at college think it's obvious that he likes me because of how he acts around me. But he's never asked me out just comments about going places on lunch breaks! Confused! Any ideas? Thx
