I don't think either gender is being unfairly treated but as I can only answer for females I will just say: no.

It used to be women complaining about men and now it's men complaining about women. Why won't people realise that they're lucky to even be able to live the life the have? There are far worse off people in the world who are starving and abused. Let's worry more about them.
