can't log in. Alternative email stands deleted. What to do?

What about a temporary loan of an email address from a very good friend, just for the alternative, to be deleted by you afterwards. It would need to be an email address that they did not use, just their alternative.

Or what about a cell-phone number. It does not have to be yours (I think)
