Obviously they can&#x27;t tell if it&#x27;s a cigar or not from just a picture. So of course don&#x27;t admit it&#x27;s weed.

And no, they can&#x27;t do anything about it (unless It was on school property) . He&#x27;s of legal age. I&#x27;d tell them to butt out
