She's not sure what your feelings are toward her. By mentioning guys and being short with you in messages, she's trying to gauge your feelings. If you like her, you should mirror her innocent touching and send her random compliments. Ask to hang out with her. If you don't like her, don't be mean about it - you could lose her as a friend.
