Ummm Ok...it seems this report originated with "The Daily Mail" newspaper in the UK..which features brilliant headlines such as this one:

This is a tabloid newspaper-kind of a British version of the National Enquirer.Note the article quotes "an online privacy group" but doesn't say which one.This so called online privacy group is probably 3 people ,somewhat intoxicated,making this up.

Fact is ANYTHING you post online on blogs or boards.or social networking sites is considered public in the eyes of the law most everywhere-so someone else reading it-even in government isn't really spying-spying infers some intrusion on privacy where it would otherwise be expected.
