HTC wildfire s Facebook notifications?

I have the same phone and recently had the same problem. Okay so restart the phone, log out of facebook and log in on Facebook on the google widget. Log out delete history delete Facebook restart phone and download Facebook after its re-downloaded restart te phone again and then it works trust me it works!
