Well Facebook doesn't have verified accounts like Twitter, so its not as easy. I do have 2 recommendations though.

1. Look at the URL. Usually in my experience legit pages are like (I'll use Yahoo as an example) http://facebook.com/pages/yahoo.

2. Check to see if the person has a Twitter account, which as I mentioned does verify if they are legit or not. Usually they would include a link to their Facebook page as well.
