how are you testing it? if you are running a performance measuring app, it should explain where the two are different.
You may have bought the same model, but has it got the same amount of RAM, same OS, same HDD, same programs, apps, games, same AV etc,etc? Because any and all of these can affect performance.
Have you deleted all your browsers cookies and other files that so many apps create in the background?
