HGFR virus. Or something? And it's awful?
Okay, so I'm pretty sure this happened because of my negligence in picking a secure website to watch Frozen online, but ANYWAYS

I'm at least 97% that my laptop has some wicked virus that opens ads all the time and gives me new popups to worry about. I can't even open a link without avast popping up and saying, "Threat has been detected"

The starter link that leads to the popup ads said "hgfr", so I googled it (and guess what? snap.do decided to be my search engine. Which, btw, there's no extension of snap.do or program that can be removed) and I read an apparent "half hoax/truth" chain letter that says that hgfr is a destructive virus that's can steal identities and so here I am kinda shaken up because as it is I'm a struggling college student who's buying books on amazon and my facebook of course has all sorts of information so soidjaoisjdaoisjd

MICROSOFT EXPERTS, HELP.
