‘Tango down’ UK as they say with message on Twitter UK website:
"Twitter is over capacity.
Please wait a moment and try again. For more information, check out Twitter Status."
Also appears several outages throughout day

Some of last tweets before going down were direct from UK HMV employees tweeting live as they were told they are sacked
