My facebook hacked, I ned urgent help please.?

Hello, I need a fast help please, someone stole my gmail and facebook account. I really need to get facebook account back. When I try to log on facebook I choose forgot password option, then it shows me to choose option, which is email(I don't have phone number attached to facebook) and when I choose option I don't have an access to this it does not show security question option(which I have made when I created facebook) and it just shows me "if I have lost email to follow some steps on my email provider how to reset password of my email", which I cannot do cause it is stolen. Please tell me how can I access my security question on facebook to demand new password on new email and also I could not find any facebook support form which I could fill and send to facebook.

well, I have only one email registered on that facebook. also I don't think there is any way to get my gmail account back, since someone enabled two step verification on it and I don't really use that email, but I got some valuable information on facebook which I don't want others to know. I checked facebook support and other posts of this kind through internet, everyone says that I should see option to use new email address with new password and after 24 hours I will receive new password on that new email, but unfortunately when I choose option my account is compromised, then I use my id and old password, then it requires me to log on my gmail, then since I cannot access it I go to option I cannot acces those and then there should be option to add new email and new password but it says something like facebook cannot help me....
