I personally think you're way too reliant on her, you sound young, you have so many opportunities, take them.
I think you should break it off with her and get yourself involved in something else. It seems to me the only thing stopping you from exiting the relationship is because you don't wanna be lonely. She guilt tripped you into going out beforehand so maybe it is for the best if you end it?
