My facebook groups are disappeared. Can anyone help how to see my groups?

This is one of the critical problems across Facebook groups and many of the facebook users still suffering this unexpected ailment.
Facebook community help center didn't answer it properly so users are solely trying to get rid of this trouble

Anyways I've found a tweak that i think could help you to get back your lost group again

1> Find out any friend of you with whom you joined the same group
2> Now go to his profile --> More --> Groups --> There you should find your group that you joined earlier but lost from your profile
3> You should see a tab +Join next to that group name
4> Simply click on it and you're done!
5> Once your request is approved you might get your lost group once again with your profile
