Sounds like you have something running around in your machine you need to kill off before you do anything!

Heres a couple programs i suggest you to get and run.
Crap Cleaner

Download install, check all boxes on both windows and application sides and run the crap out of it till it comes clean. After that click on registry and scan, fix and backup when prompted and run till nothing comes back.
Malwarebytes

Download, install and update as needed and RUN full scan. Remove any infections.


I dont care what anti-virus you have and blah blah blah, just try it!
