There is no way too get it back if the email has also been changed or hacked. The only way is to contact facebook but you will have to prove the account is/was yours even then if they believe you they will just shut the page down.

And further i must add that If someone made purchases on your account while it was hacked, please submit a report in the Facebook Credits Support Center. Smile
