Yeah, I'd put your foot down for sure and put a stop to this and talk to him...you have to have some control...this happened to me, I thought one of my bf's female "friends" was trying to seduce him while he just thought she was a great person, and I was trying to talk some sense into him...in the end, it turned out I was right...as long as you're not just jealous, I'd trust your intuition, because it's normally right, and I don't trust her either...she doesn't sound like a very great person and I would confront your bf, he has his part too...if he isn't telling you about these "late-night" phone convos he clearly has something to hide...
