What's the difference between "Deactivate" and "Deleting" your Facebook?

When you deactivate your Facebook account it is the equivalent of deleting it, although you will be able to reactivate it later on with all your friends and old posts.
When you delete your Facebook account, it totally gets deleted. There's no turning back. If you ever want to have Facebook again, you would have to create a totally new account and start from scratch. I suggest deactivating it if you plan on not using it for the time being, just in case you change your mind. Ads |
