Once you are Disabled By the Facebook Team your account is gone you can Not Restore it Because you broke the rules its not possible to get it back your going to have to get a new account this time dont break the rules

Edit i Misread it your referring to the features my bad anyways most of the time the features will have a certain amount of time that its blocked for it will tell you how long your blocked for when you try to use that feature when the block gets lifted you have to go slower and do not misuse it again you can not have the block lifted
