I know even I have a tendency to overthink if a girl likes me or not, but you should cut back a little on the analysis.

In the meantime, however, it does seem like she likes you. She initiated physical contact on two occasions, sparking even a fellow female (who certainly is more familiar with the female psyche) to comment that she is physically attracted to you. However, because you are coworkers and relationships between employees are generally frowned up, decide carefully.

If you are indeed intent on asking her out, know the risk.
If she says yes (Yay!), you will need to watch for the opinions of your fellow employees and bosses. Nothing too bad, mind you, except they may give you guys strange looks at times.
If she says no (Boo!), then know you will need to see her on a regular basis.
