How do I talk to my crush?(no one answering)?

Okay so this may be a little long, but it would totally be appreciated if you read it, haha...

On November 1st I was in a new school. In my first class of the day, I knew no one and sat alone. This girl I like, lets call her Nora(not her real name). Nora, asked me if i'd like to sit with her and her friend. I said "Umm sure." Nora was very obviously flirting with me(unless I have the wrong idea of what flirting is. She was smiling at me, staring at me(she seriously was talking to her friend a little bit, but would not take her eyes off of me), she drew hearts and smiley faces on my work, and she kept asking me a bunch of questions bout myself. She is the only other freshman in the class to. Anyways, I overheard her mention to her friend that she was breaking it off with her boyfriend. Her and I talked for a while and we were compatible on many levels! After that class I had to go to one she wasn't in so we didn't talk after that. I started liking her though and became shy around her. A few days later, she approaches me with the biggest, sweetest smile. She saw I was sitting alone and I didn't know many people because i'm a little shy, plus I was new. My heart lept into my stomach. She offered to sit with me, but like an idiot, my brain shut down, and I said "I'm the silent alone type of guy, but thanks anyway!"(I didn't wanna seem cowardly or loser-ish, but now I know I wouldn't have seemed that way) She walked away and went and joined her friends. A few days later I see her again, she pays me another sweet smile and asks if I can join her at lunch. Her table was full so I couldn't. This girl(not Nora) at the table had a giant bookbag right where I wanted to sit, so I nicely said "Hi, can you please put your bookbag on the floor, so I can sit here?". The girl sassed me like a *****, but I stayed calm and cool and smiled and said, "Well, okay then...." And I said bye to my crush. That was my last interaction with my crush. I feel like it is weird between us and idk how to talk to her again. She always has at least one friend around so me being kinda shy, that makes it more awkward for me. I sometimes catch her looking at me, but idk what to do. I'm lost..... I don't do any social media and refuse to get into all that so that's outta the question. This winter break, I feel like will help me to re-emerge next semester, but idk what to do. Anyways thanks for reading this, you are super, and thanks in advance if you answer!
