The best app to upload your own videos from your camera to Facebook is with their official Facebook app called "Video." Here's the direct link for the app:
http://www.facebook.com/apps/application...7&b&ref=pd

After you add this app, in the upper right corner is a button that says "Upload." Just follow the rest of the directions on the screen and you're all set!
