Am i overreacting too much?

Ok, today i got my drivers license. I am 16. I decided to be like many teens out there an dpost it on facebook. After i posted it, one of my friends messaged me right after i posted it, that i should remove it, cover info, and repost. I said its ok, but after he said that, he couldnt stop thinking of threats. I read many articles and yahoo answers on the topic and took it down 3 hours after i posted it. Im still worried. Could my identity be stolen during those 3 hours. I know it was stupid and now i know to cover up info next time i do it, so dont pan me on that. I just want a nice answer saying yes or no, i could be in danger or am just overreacting.

yea, my profile is only open to my friends. been that way long time ago. all of my friends are either my classmates or former classmates, as I now go to different high schools.
