Ask her what your employment status is; full time, part time, or contract. Look up labor laws for where you live; Country, province, and city, and make sure all the rules are being followed. If you are considered a contract worker make sure you read and understand the labor laws for contract workers, some people think contract worker means "do whatever we want to you worker", it does not.

It sounds to me that you are a contract worker. If she does not pay you for the time you spend answering the posts stop answering them, pretty simple. It's odd that she pays you for days you don't come in, since you only work one day a week you could just come in another day.

Who told you she has a reputation in the cosmetics industry? Let me guess, her or one of the employees.
