How old are you? The age you are matters regarding how much attention you pay to your mum. It sounds like your mum doesn't know much about Twitter or how it works. As long as you are not posting stupid things which could get you into trouble either now or in the future (just think a few years along the line and your prospective college/university is reading your Twitter feeds and how you would feel about that - if you'd feel embarrassed then don't post it is a good rule to go by).

Reassure your mum that you are not posting irresponsibly. Tell her that you will block anybody who trolls you or sends abusive texts, report them to Twitter and tell her what's happened. That should chill her out.
