If she's rejected you twice, but is still that nice, she does like you as a friend, but nothing more. If you can hang out with her as a friend, and not hope it turns into anything more, great. Do it. But, if you still like her that way, you may need to find a way to move on first. I'm sure she's a really nice girl, but don't let her lead you on, and don't hang out with her to help her feel less guilty.

Whatever you decide, it might also be a good idea to talk to her. Let her know that what she's doing isn't fair to you. She probably doesn't even realize just how unfair she's being.
