Most online sites fail because they don't keep up with their sites. What I mean is they change their site so drastically and so frequently it is impossible for a regular viewer to keep going or keep up. Money is actually quite easy the hard part is viewers. Let's put it this way viewers equals advertisers which in turn equals money. So look for what viewers want be persistent and keep up. Don't make drastic changes unless the crowd wants it. In the end this is a lot of WORK and most people give up on it by the third or fourth week leaving the idea to crumble and decay. Most failure is found through giving up.
