When I was 15 I had never been hugged by a guy either. I used to be very geeky with glasses. Now I have guys asking me out left right and centre. It is just because you are young, trust me in a year you will have a lot of guys wanting you as a girlfriend, you just need to smile at them and come out of your shell a bit more, but don't push yourself to be more confident, it will come in time Smile x
