Look for a new girl or guy, typically at schools there are new kids every month or so. Be friend with a new kid, they won't have any friends and you'll gain a new friend! Otherwise try to reconnect with some of your old friends! If that doesn't seem like a possibility, maybe you could join a sport? I know you said clubs didn't work, but maybe a sport would? You could also try talking to the guys and not the girls, sometimes girls are just plain mean! I'm a HS freshman too and I talk to guys almost the same if not more than I talk to the girls, just because there's no drama and they're nice to me and stuff. good luck!
