Anybody who used their heads and did a little research who've known facebook was overvalued and their advertising revenue is poor. Google profits are 5 times Facebooks per Dollar spend on shares.
The other thing is Facebook advertising produces poor results for advertisers, recently GM dropped $20 million dollars in marketing on Facebook stating "... Facebook dont give us any market impact ... ".

I think Facebooks real value is about 40 billion dollars, the orginal $104 Billion valuation was always just fantasy.
