my sister has ruined my life?!?! help?

I recently discovered that my sister has been reading every email, text message, and note I've ever received on my phone for the last 4 months. She even stole an inappropiate picture that my best guy friend sent me (it was of his dick, I did not ask for it since I had suspicions she was reading my messages plus I didn't need or want one anyway) and sent it to our big sisters who in return sent it to my parents. Now my whole family thinks I'm having sex with him! They've taken my phone, internet access to social media, right to have a boyfriend, and chance to get my permit! They've also banned me from talking to my friend! I haven't even done anything wrong!!!
Am I wrong or is she just way out of line this time? Also what can I do to get my privileges back? I really miss my gummy nomnoms (that's what I call my friend)
Yes I believe I did nothing wrong. He told me he was going to send it and I told him not to because I knew its illegal plus he's just a friend to me and nothing more. I've also tried to keep her from reading my stuff by using passwords and app locks but she just keeps cracking the codes (she's very tech savvy for a 14 yr old)
