I've used Facebook, Bebo and Myspace, and have noticed that Facebook is without a doubt the most innovative in terms of features. This is shown in the fact that a lot of features which started life on Facebook (photo tagging and applications to name two) have later been adopted by other sites. Having said that however, I do still value Myspace's feature allowing artists to upload music to their page for visitors to listen to.

There's also the question of audience, speaking very generally I have found that Faceebook has a larger number of adults than the other two, Myspace tends to sit somewhere on the middle, while Bebo generally has a much younger user base. At the end of the day though this will depend upon which site your friends use.
