You have to use a LOT of pot to get paranoid, and it's general paranoia, not usually targeted at one person.

If you didn't want your privacy obliterated, you should have told your mom about your depression directly instead of slashing yourself up like an idiot and then posting it on twitter. Seriously, you're a cutter!? Ask for some money to go to a movie, or read a book or something. Learn a craft of some sort. Get some medicine. I'd be sickened if your mom knew about this and didn't do anything; that would be irresponsible!
