Why is everybody so against drugs being legal?

Isn't it better to educate people more specifically? With more education, people would know what they would be choosing to put in their own body's and in the process if they choose to do that, then people aren't illegally profiting from it.

First off, with marijuana being the most medical thing on the planet, if people were more educated on all drugs and all the different strains of marijuana, people who are suffering depression, anxiety etc. could smoke/vape/eat the strain right for them and that would help treat many things and reduce the amount of suicides and such. It would also reduce the amount of people who turn to harder things out of depression and such e.g. heroin, cocaine

Magic Mushrooms such as liberty caps aren't physically damaging or addictive. The problem is that it can give people problems if they already mental problems. If people are taught about them, people can have their cautions. I think the same goes to things such as DMT and LSD. These things are also very spiritual when used correctly and can make people feel in peace and as one with the earth.

Heroin and cocaine being legal would put criminals out of business. It also would be pretty pure and not added with anything. With all the education on the safer drugs, less people would more likely try this and have rehabs and advice anyway. Education given, and warnings on packets, it'd be peoples own fault for dependency.



Doing all this would make the governments more money rather than spending money on the Police to look for all these drugs and plants. Shouldn't we be in control of our own body's instead of the government making it for us ?
@impaler19120 I understand your view,I'm not saying anything bad about it because I asked in the first place and I wanted to see peoples opinions and see if I learn anything.

Won't more money be saved/made because the government is profiting from drugs being sold and not paying for drug squads and such?


From released studies the list of what cannabis can do is pretty much endless, kills cancer cells, tumors, treats many many mental illness and physical pains and spasms and helps grow brain cells. I've looked at many studies about marijuana, mushrooms and DMT. I've not looked enough into LSD. All very self spiritual and searching drugs that also have studies (especially DMT) showing that they can defeat addiction of things within 3 uses. I'll have to look more into that study myself
