Does everyone make a big deal out of whether or not they're Facebook friends with someone?

Some people do. I don't. I have sisters, nieces, nephews, friends from church that I have not added, refuse to add and have deleted. I personally do not want EVERYONE I know on my facebook. Neither do I try to be facebook friends with EVERYONE I know. And one thing that truly irritates me is that when a person I know but have no close dealings want to be "facebook friends" yet this same person and I do not hold conversations together..only a hello here and there. For those I have refused to add, if I do add and me & that person still do not have no close dealings I will delete.

I feel if my friendship with someone is purely based on facebook interactions then we are truly not friends.
