Since the new Facebook update the screeners do, everyone is getting so called "accidental deletes". My husband was deleted from my friends list on accident, not by me, nor him, but by the Facebook programmers who screen and bate the site.
It's common. It is also possible the friend has blocked you, or deleted you.
Just search them, and request them again. No problem Smile
