You need to focus your brain (thinking/Thoughts) in your hobbies. This way you turn your focus to Ur hobby from him. Make busy U, in Ur hobby for 1 or 2 weeks.

if 1st method does not works the try 2nd
second way is differ but works

You order to your brain, to forget him at any rate. repeat this again and again daily for 2-3 weeks.
