Hello,

Yes "851 x 315" is the correct image dimension.
Maybe you are searching in the wrong places for your Photo.

I advise you to get a Photo for your Facebook here:
http://designfacebookcover.com/

Thousands of people use that site, and get the Cover successfully working.
