If your Not Getting Event Notifications if you Dont Have Event Notifications Turned Off Than That is a Error With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to Them

You Cant Fix it If Everything is Good on your End Than its a Facebook Problem Something the Facebook Support Team Will Have to Correct
