No, I don't think you're being over-sensitive. You do have a right to feel what you're feeling. It all stems from the fact that your best friend, who you care about much is keeping things from you and messaging your ex instead behind your back. Disregarding that you might have any lingering feelings about your ex (I hope so), it's a long shot but maybe your friend has developed some feelings for your ex and she might be taking advantage of you and your ex's increased distance (the fact that you guys have stopped talking). No offense to anyone.
