You installed malware. Google the following programs. AdwCleaner, Junkware removal tool and Malwarebytes Antimalware. AdwCleaner and Junkware removal tool will be on bleepingcomputer.com Malwarebytes will be on Malwarebytes.com. Run each of them in that order. It should remove your issues.
