How about instead of beating around the bush, and trying to manipulate her into coming to YOU to ask whats wrong you be a bigger, more mature person than that and go to her and tell her how your feeling? It doesn't have to be "i'm jealous" but it could be "I miss you and I don't feel like we talk as much anymore"

I would say that manipulation is the wrong way to go here that's not a good way to maintain friendship.
