Honestly, she's probably straight so if you do talk to her don't like push your feelings on her lol
Anyway, if you want to be her friend simply compliment her. Be like "Omggg girlll you are absolutely gorgeous!" and compliment her hair or shirt or something, she won't think you're annoying, she'll be flattered. Good luck Smile
