Either she's busy or you guys just drifted a part. The fact that she doesn't respond to your phone calls and facebook messages (especially after you sent her such a heart filled message) plus the fact that she didn't give you the address is probably a hint that she's done. If you call her it sort of seems a bit desperate. If she really wants to make this friendship work she'll respond to you. Sorry!
