As for Molly.. idk..some girls dont really want to make it obvious that they like u. they just look at you and wait for u to make the first move. just go to her someday and chat for a lil bit, then you may know if she likes u. or u can directly ask her if u want to. if u r not interested in dating her then find a nice way to say it. if she doesnt like u and jst wants to be friends - then thats ok guess. if its about the Mary thing, then just explain her what had happened and that you didnt do it on purpose.
