HELP! Addicted to Facebook/instagram :(?

i spent all day all facebook to. when i should be looking for a job i cant help it. i mostly do nothing on there just read post all day and i get so angry that ive wasted a whole day. i tell my self ill only be 10mins but end up being all day on the dam thing. i get on about 630am and get off about 930pm

whats worst is at one point i had 4 facebooks as well.

i have delete one last year and have deactivated an other. so i only have 2 now
but for the last week or so ive been thinking about opening up an other one for my youtube stuff.

youtube is an other big problem for me. i cant stop watching stuff. there is so much on there i like and not enough time to watch it all at one point i had 8 youtube channels now i have only 3.
