somebody made a fake facebook profile of my sister...how can we remove this?

You should do three (3) things:

1. Go to the fake profile and click on "Report/Block This Person" (note that selecting Impersonating someone I know is currently not working on Facebook), so use "Not a real person" instead.

2. Fill out the Facebook TOS reporting form:
http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php..._violation
In "Steps to reproduce the problem" put "Fake profile impersonating http://your_sisters_real_profile"

3. Add the fake profile to the list of fake profiles here:
Fake Profiles:

Stop Fake Profiles:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Stop-fake-...353?v=wall

List of Fake Profiles:
