Go to any page that is a timeline, and at the top it will have a green bar asking if you want to download timeline.

Pretty soon EVERYONE will have timeline, whether they want it or not: http://mashable.com/2012/01/24/facebook-...veryone-2/
I don't know the official date everyone will get timeline, but I will look around for you. I have found multiple reports like his one that say in a few weeks back in january...
