Since it's an enquiry about a payment, facebook message seems a little informal, at least, on its own.
Ring up the photographer, and if they don't answer, leave a message, briefly stating how you have an outstanding order that you haven't received, and that you have given payment and not been given your photos. Politely ask them to ring you back at an appropriate time, stating any time when you won't be able to answer, and perhaps mentioning another number to contact you on if you're out. Next leave them a facebook message stating that you have tried to phone them, but got their voicemail, so left a message, because you haven't received your paid for order. Ask them again to ring you up at a time that's good for both of you, listing numbers that they should try phoning you on. If they have an email, send the same message from the Facebook message through email as well, so that there's no way they won't see it. If they answer the phone, obviously ignore the second two things. And when speaking to them, just explain how you did on yahoo answers in the details. You're not in the wrong remember! Ads |
